About us
We're Bieke & Sjoerd, a couple who's been running Timmermans-Switten for 25 years. We're passionate about travel and adventure. An all-inclusive holiday and then laying down a towel is our worst nightmare. For us, holidays are all about freedom, exploration, discovery, and nature.
For years, we've been traveling to Croatia with our quads and exploring the Velebit Mountains. There's nothing quite like riding in the mountains and enjoying the untouched nature, the panoramic views, and the unpaved tracks. Mounting just a roof tent on your quad bike isn't easy, and you can't take much with you.
That's why we have our pickup truck, a Ford Ranger with a canopy and integrated roof tent. It allows us to explore many more tracks and sleep in the most beautiful spots. This gives us so much joy and satisfaction that we want to share it with you. Together around the campfire under a starry sky with like-minded people. Afterwards, we'll talk about the route and the beautiful things we saw and experienced.
For us, that's the ultimate 4x4 adventure.
